A Calendar Misprint and An Apology
If you’ve bought a Blogger Body Calendar, we hope you are LOVING it.This whole project has been a labor of love for everyone involved. We made every effort to make sure that the calendar and website was awesome and powerful. If you’ve seen the calendar, we hope you agree that we managed to achieve both of those things.
Along the way, we have looked at these twelve pages a hundred times. We didn’t want to miss a thing.
But…
We did.
The May page in the calendar has the wrong dates. The dates are a mirror image of the October dates. They are definitely not May 2011.
The printer didn’t catch it, the art director didn’t catch it, ten other people who saw the proofs didn’t catch it. But ultimately, it was MY responsibility, and I didn’t catch it.
And I am sorry. So very sorry.
But we aren’t going to leave you hanging. We are going to replace that page for you at our own cost. As in, we will not change our donation to NEDA at all. We will not change YOUR donation to NEDA. We will re-print the page and send it out sometime in February. We will also make it available as a download.
I keep saying how much I have learned this year, and now I am learning to deal with a mistake.
We hope for your understanding and patience.
Thank you.

This stuff happens…all the time. Mistakes happen–no harm, no foul. Plus, you’re making good on it by sending out a fresh May page to everyone–thankfully, it wasn’t January that got messed up!
And of course, this makes the calendar even more of a collector’s item.

What if it were optional to send it – like, we could opt to just download it and not cost you the printing/shipping. Or would that get complicated?
I agree…. stuff happens. I still love the calendar and hope it continues next year!
